Cub Scout Information

Davis-Richmond families, come hike with Cub Scout Pack 260, and miles will count towards Walking Club!

This Saturday, October 30, from 9-10.30am the Pack will be hiking the 3.3 mile McKee Marsh loop at Blackwell Forest Preserve, located off Mack Rd in Warrenville.

Blackwell's gently rolling hilly terrain features oak and hickory woodlands, prairies, grasslands and wetlands that attract a variety of native wildlife, including wild turkeys, deer, bald eagles, great blue herons, coyotes, red foxes and muskrats.

Bus Lane Reminder

Please do NOT drop off your student in the bus lane before school (7:40-8:20). We have 11 different busses coming and going and we need to keep the lanes open for them to keep our students safe. You are welcome to use the drop off lane on 7th Street. If you are late, park your car in the parking lot and escort your student to the office. Thank you

Pumpkin Characters

All of the classes took the time to decorate a pumpkin as their favorite story book character. They are brightening up our LRC and super cool! Here are a few examples.

DAVIS VETERANS DAY CELEBRATION

Davis will be observing Veterans Day on Thursday, November 11th. We will put together a video, similar to last year and will record a presentation that we will send out to families and that students will watch at 9 a.m. on Veterans Day. Although we cannot have guests inside our building, we would love to celebrate our Veterans with a drive through celebration where they can come and pick up a small gift as a token of our appreciation between 8:30 and 9:30 a.m.

Please fill out this form to share pictures of your veteran or if they are attending the drive through. You can also call the main office at (331) 228-2200 to RSVP.
