A huge thank you to all of you for making our conference week a success. We appreciate your collaboration with us to help make your child's school experience a positive one.

We hope all of you have a safe and fun spring break! There was so much excitement in the air today, I know our students are looking forward to some time off as well.

Design a Bookmark Contest

All K-12 HSD students are welcome to enter the "Design a Bookmark Contest!" The contest begins on Monday, March 28th, and ends on Friday, April 22nd. The theme is the same as the National Library Week 2022 theme, "Connect With Your Library." National Library Week is April 3-9, during our spring break.

Entry sheets will be available in each school library, or linked below. When students have completed their bookmark entry sheet, they must return the entire sheet to their school library. The deadline is Friday, April 22nd.

One winner per grade level will be selected, and copies of the winning bookmarks will be available in all school libraries during "Children's Library Week," May 2-8. Each winner will also receive a $5.00 gift card (K-5 to the Dollar Tree), (6-12 to Hearth Coffee).
