Howdy, Neighbor!

As an IB school we focus on helping students grow academically, but we also place a great emphasis on helping students strengthen their citizenship and civility muscles. We appreciate how you help us to stress the importance of respecting others and their property in conversations with your kids. Please remind them to stay on the sidewalk and not trample on or loiter on the private property of surrounding residents. We want to be good neighbors to in the school community. Let's show the world that Patriots Act, Communicate, and Think like global citizens. Thank you!

What's up with School Lunches for 2022-23?

Parents, you might recall back before that you had to pay for your students to eat a school breakfast or lunch, unless they qualified for the free or reduced lunch based upon verified income level. For the coming 2022-23 school year you will again need to apply and be approved for a free or reduced lunch (See flyer below).

May is Speech and Hearing Month!

Providence Hall has a Speech and Language Department that meets these needs for our students and also facilitates audiology services when needed. For more information, contact our speech-language pathologist:

May 18 - DARE Graduation (5th Grade)

May 20 - Dress Down Day for all 4th Quarter PACT Drawing winners

May 25 - Last day of school for Kindergarten students

May 30 - Memorial Day (No School)

May 31 - Kickball Game (Staff v. 5th Graders) - dress down for 5th graders. Wear baseball hat

June 1 - PHES Awards Day (Assemblies by grade level throughout school day)

June 2-3 - Dress Down Days

June 2 - PHES Field Day

June 3 - Last day of school for students in grades 1-5. EARLY OUT (11am)

As we near the end of the school year, schedules are often less structured in classrooms and this can be hard for some students.
