What You Need to do if you wanna stay healthy... First eat a good breakfeast and then brush your teeth after eating and later play outside with friend or who ever. then brush your teeth again and then have a goodnight
And sometimes you need to run to get healthy legs and feet... walk outside too. and sometimes you need to use your arms a lot to give more strength and to make it more healthy of course. don't forget to stay strong!
