Outreach360
My name is Alayna Taylor and I am a sophomore here at App and I have been interning with a non-profit called Outreach360. You may have heard of it, ASU had a team volunteer with them a few years ago and I am looking to get another team together! Outreach operates in the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua and this summer I'll be leading a team to the DR to volunteer as teachers in local schools. My job as an intern is to reach out to as many people as possible and I've emailed all my classmates, all the people in my dorm, friends and family, and now I'm reaching out to clubs. It would be amazing if you all would like to help me spread the word and get involved with putting this team together. Outreach offers international internships, long term volunteers, short term volunteers, and even leader positions. It's a great organization to get involved with. Outreach focuses on providing better education for underprivileged children along with offering volunteers a unique cultural experience by jumping right into a new culture and learning about it's history and societal practices.
If you think this is something you'd be interested in supporting and promoting or have any questions, please feel free to email me tayloran2@appstate.edu
