Team Update:
The Maverick team has gotten off to a busy start this quarter. We just launched our third quarter incentive, and this time students will have the opportunity to earn positive recognition stamps for having class materials, displaying proper behavior, being on time to class, and turning in homework on time. The amount of stamps students earn will determine their level of involvement in the incentive reward activity. We are excited to provide students with more opportunities to be recognized for their hard work and adherence to the PRIDE characteristics.
Kiwanis Read Around the World:
The Kiwanis Club of Strongsville is sponsoring its annual Kiwanis Read Around the World program on Saturday, February 27, 2016 from 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM at the Strongsville Community Library. Members of Kiwanis believe that the sooner a child gets interested in reading, the better the chance they have for success in school.
The program and its activities are intended for Pre-School and K - 5th graders. There is NO ADMISSION CHARGE for children and their accompanying adult (parent, grandparent, etc).
