Wednesday 5/24: Twin Day (If you dont have a twin, wear stripes)

Thursday 5/25: Battle of the Ages (Seniors dress as senior citizens, everyone else dress as kids)

Friday 5/26: Anything but a backpack (nothing live, must be able to carry)

As of February 6th, all external gates around the NSHS stadium and outdoor athletic facilities including the stadium, track, and south gate next to Olinger are closed and locked.

We ask students who remain on campus to eat and hang out only in designated areas. Although our school has an open campus policy for 10th,11th, and 12th grade students during lunch, students will be asked not to linger in North’s parking lots or in vehicles.

Our goal is to continue building a positive atmosphere, where all students feel safe so they can focus on their path to graduation. Thank you for your understanding these changes as an essential component to maintaining a safe and secure campus.

Release from School-Student

Students arriving late to school (unexcused tardy) will need to show their student ID card and get a tardy slip before going to class. They can also pull up studentVue and show us their picture there.

Any Junior planning on Early Graduation, see your Counselor to complete the application. You also have to complete your PEP and order cap & gown. You can order your cap & gown at https://www.jostens.com/apps/store/customer/1045978/North-Salem-High-School/

SENIORS:

The Personal Education Plan is a graduation requirement. Now would be a good time to go check your StudentVUE to make sure you have it completed, and to make sure you are enrolled in and passing all classes you need for credit. The Personal Education Plan under “Test Requirements” and is called “Personalized Learning.” See your Counselor if you have any questions.

Any Graduate that needs to BORROW a cap & gown for graduation:

There are limited caps & gowns for loan. You will still need to purchase your tassel and cords. You can make the purchase of these items at the link above for Jostens.
