Motodrome are pleased to offer this 1987 example of the ever-popular Land Rover 90 ex-military, this one a 12V GS example, finished in desert sand drab. This one has been enhanced by the fitment of a 200TDi engine and power steering, and is fitted with the desirable Wolf rims.

In addition it’s fitted with civilian towbar with electrics, galvanised jackable rocksliders, chequerplate wingtops, snorkel, and a kenlowe fan under the bonnet.

Interior-wise, it’s fitted with a pair of superb new Exmoor Trim folding, forward-facing, rear seats with 3 point belts, plus new civilian-pattern Exmoor Trim front seats, dash console, and NATO rollbar. Also the tilt is a new Exmoor Trim one.

I’ve owned and driven many ex-military ones over the years, and this is one of the best sorted examples l’ve had It’s full of character, and on test on arrival it performed without apparent fault. It can be seen in it’s element in a feature on pages 36-42 of December 2013’s Land Rover Monthly.

Odometer reading 108000 miles (slightly academic given the engine transplant), and last serviced in May 2013 at 105000 miles including cambelt replacement and rear diff replacement.

Currently MOT’d until Feb 2014 (no advisories) although at the asking price we’re happy to provide a new MOT. Taxed end November 2013, and it will come with 6 months warranty on sale.
