Warren Township Girls Youth Lacrosse League
This spring our Warren Central Girls Lacrosse Team is back on the field. Lacrosse is one of the fastest growing sports in America, and has been a varsity sport at WCHS for eight years. It has long been our goal to establish a youth program in our community on the eastside of Indianapolis.
We are finally ready to go! The Warren Township Girls Youth Lacrosse League is starting this Spring.
This amazing opportunity to get outside, be active, make new friends and learn a new sport is ABSOLUTELY FREE. That’s right, there is no charge. This is not a fundraiser for the lacrosse program, it’s a community project to bring this exciting sport to any girl who wants to give it a try.
We will have all of the equipment your children will need and each player will receive a stick, eye guard and mouth guard at the end of the season.
We're very excited to have several of our past players volunteer to coach our teams along with our current players and coaching staff. We will be playing on the football field at Warren Central.
Dates: April 19, 26, May 12, 19, 26, and June 2
Times: 5:30-7:00 PM
Location: Warren Central Football Stadium
For this first season, we are offering the program to girls in grades 5, 6, 7, and 8.
