The Eruption of Lassen Peak

Death toll and destruction
No one was killed because everyone got out in time but several houses were destroyed. They never rebuilt the houses so there was no cost of the damage. The ash traveled as far as 200 miles.
Lassen peak is the largest of 30 volcanic domes erupted over the past 300000 years in Lassen Volcanic National Park in Northern California.
Their was a magnitude 5.7 earthquake near lassen volcano.
Lassen peak is the only other volcano eruption other than mt Saint Hellens.
