As you are working diligently to complete your final year of high school, we want to ensure that you are preparing for your future. There are changes you are experiencing as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic that will impact the college application process.


Edgewood ISD believes in your future success and wants to ensure that you have access to taking the SAT exam this Fall.


Tuesday, October 27, 2020, your high school campus will offer you the opportunity to take the SAT exam. Please make sure you register for this using the link below by October 12, 2020

Test Day Information

Arriving on testing day - October 27, 2020 SAT Exam

Please carefully review the listed information to be prepared to take the SAT Exam on Tuesday, October 27, 2020



  1. Arrive at your high school campus by 8:30 a.m. with your mask on.
  2. Make sure you leave your cell phone in your car or turn it off prior to entering your campus.
  3. Participate in the COVID-19 screening.
  4. Go to your assigned room.
  5. The SAT is a timed test. Make sure you complete the section by the end of the time. If you finish the section before the time is over, make sure to review your answers. You cannot return to other sections of the exam.
  6. The test will be completed by 3:00 p.m.
  7. Follow all rules for dismissal.
  8. Do your best.



** Per College Board, cell phones cannot be used before, during, or after the SAT in the testing room. Cell phone usage in the testing room will result in your SAT exam being disqualified.
