The EIP team and Andrea will be working with you to dig through your Universal Screening / Target Screening data. We want to look at qualifying and exiting kids for EIP, and we also want to look at your current IST and SST students.
Please bring your laptops and hard copies of your winter F&P running records. We will meet in Kimmie's room and will get started as soon as you drop your kids off at specials.

Photo Sharing Apps
Homeroom
Homeroom gives parents a window into the classroom:
• Open the classroom: Show parents all the fun their kids are having
• Share photos and videos quickly and easily
• Worry-free privacy: All content is only visible to members of the album
• Relevant updates: Parents only get notifications for their kids' classes
PhotoCircle
With the Photo Circle App you can easily invite several people to the circle, share unlimited photos with the circle, and have a secure platform for only those invited to view the content. Plus, it is free!
SeeSaw
With Seesaw , a student portfolio app, students can store and post their best work to share with their parents. Teachers, on the other hand, can provide concrete examples of their students’ strengths and weaknesses to their parents during teacher-parent meetings. Plus, it makes sharing photos and videos with parents safe and easy!

NEW: Unity Procedure
To make it easier to submit technology work order tickets, the district has moved to a new Unity system. Please refer to the following directions and video on how to access and use the system:
· Written Directions on How to Access and Submit a Unity Ticket
· Video Directions on How to Access and Submit a Unity Ticket
Use Unity when experiencing individual issues with:
· hardware in the classroom, office, or lab
· software on devices
· communication services (phone, intercom)
Issues that affect the entire school or district are handled by tech services or reported by the school ITS and should not be submitted in Unity.
Please note: With the new system, teachers need to be the ones submitting their tickets instead of ITS submitting for them. This is so that the techs can communicate directly with the user instead of having the ITS tracking down the user.
Action Items:
Use the attached directions to submit unity tickets for technical issues.
