Every year at Holiday time, we, the staff of Joseph Ferderbar Elementary, ask that the children (and parents) donate money to the “Elf Fund”. In turn, we distribute gift certificates to needy families in our school to help out during this financially challenging time of year.

This event has been named in honor of Karen Jasper who was instrumental in developing the first “Elf Fund” and spaghetti dinner. Karen strongly believed in assisting others and in particular the families of Ferderbar.

Once again to boost our fund-raising efforts, we’re offering a Spaghetti Dinner to our students and their families, friends and neighbors. The time, date and cost are stated above. Tickets will be sold from Thursday, October 22nd through Thursday, November 13th. To order tickets, fill out the envelope provided with your child’s name and room number, number of children and adults attending and enclose your check only. Please include the number of children 2 years and under when ordering your tickets so that we can get an accurate head count. Take out is available. Send the envelope in on the days stated. Pick your tickets up at the door Thursday November 13th. Our staff looks forward to serving you! With your help, this can be a big success. Hope to see you there!
