Since 2001, the Electronic Village Online (EVO) has functioned as a virtual extension of the Electronic Village (EV), a project of TESOL CALL Interest Section. EVO provides free online professional development sessions for English language teachers worldwide.
Call for Proposals for EVO 2023
EVO23 sessions are from January 9 - February 12, 2023
❤️❤️ The Electronic Village Online (EVO) Call for Proposals for 2023 is now open for English language teachers to apply to give 5-week online professional development sessions from January 9 - February 12, 2023 to teachers worldwide. Proposals may be on any topic relevant to the teaching of English to speakers of other languages.
As lead moderator of your proposed EVO 2023 session, you are invited to fill in this form TO RECEIVE EDITING RIGHTS so you can get started with your proposal. Applicants will find instructions on how to create a page for their proposal at http://evosessions.pbworks.com/w/page/148839471/EVO2023-Call-for-Proposals.
A 4-week free moderator professional development (MOD PD) session will be held for all moderators and co-moderators October 16 – November 13, 2022 to help with the proposal, create the online spaces of their sessions, and finalize the syllabus with the assistance of the EVO Coordination Team.
The actual five-week EVO 2023 sessions will take place from January 9 to February 12, 2023.
