Cherry Limeade:


Our famous Cherry Limeade is made with:


  • 2 -liter bottle lemon-lime soda
  • 1 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • One 10-ounce jar maraschino cherries, with juice
  • Thin lime slices

Appetizers:

Boneless Hot Wings:



  • 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2½ cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons cumin, divided
  • 1½ teaspoons cayenne pepper, divided
  • 1½ teaspoons garlic powder, divided
  • 1½ teaspoons onion powder, divided
  • 3 teaspoons kosher salt, divided
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 4-6 cups panko bread crumbs (preferably whole wheat)
  • Cooking oil spray (canola, vegetable, grapeseed or peanut.)

For Wing Sauce:

  • Mild: ¼ cup each Frank's Red Hot Sauce and melted butter
  • Medium: ⅓ cup Frank's Red Hot Sauce and ¼ cup melted butter
  • Hot: ½ cup (or more!) Frank's Red Hot Sauce and ¼ cup melted butter

Optional for serving:

  • Bleu Cheese Dressing for dipping

Chips & Queso:


  • 1 can (10 oz each) Ro*Tel® Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained
  • 1 pkg (16 oz each) Velveeta®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

Chicken Tortilla Soup:


  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 2 jalapenos, finely diced
  • 6 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 (14.5-ounce) can fire roasted diced tomatoes
  • 1 (14.5-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 3 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 2 limes, juiced, plus wedges for garnish
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 cup roughly chopped fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 (8-inch) flour tortilla, grilled, cut into thin strips
  • 1 avocado, pitted, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded Monterrey cheese


Desserts:

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 to 6 tablespoons lard or vegetable shortening
  • 1 1/4 cups warm milk (approximate)
  • Vegetable Oil (for frying)

Chocolate Mousse:


  • 2 cups chilled heavy cream
  • 4 large egg yolks
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 7 oz fine-quality bittersweet chocolate (not unsweetened), chopped
