Joseph Stalin was born on the 18th of December, 1878, under the real name "Ioseb Besarionis dze Jughashvili". He began using Stalin as an alias after he began working for Lenin.

Rise to Power
After Stalin proved himself to Lenin (shown on the right), by means of bank robberies, kidnappings, executions, and other means, Lenin considered him a loyal ally, and appointed Stalin as General Secretary in 1922. After Lenin's death, a power struggle began. When Stalin was able to gain control, he executed or inprisoned any other opponents.
Stalin's Speech
In his speech that was given to us, he tries to keep up the troop and civilian morale, stating that there's poverty and hunger and Germany, and that their forces are weak. He looked into the crowd of his people. He complemented the bravery and effectiveness of the Russian forces.
