Lilly would have been for gay rights, and would have acted as the swing vote that barely legalized same sex marriage. This a more liberal view.
Roe v. Wade
Lilly would have disagreed with the majority, and would have fought for abortions to be allowed only if it is for for the woman's health. This being a more conservative viewpoint.
