Issuing Charges While Collecting Devices
The following screenshots were taken from GCCISD TIPWeb Training Site to keep student data confidential.
Step 1: Open TIPWeb and Click Quick Collect under Site Tools
Step 2: Collect iPads to iPad Storage
Step 3: Add a Charge using the Coin under Actions
Step 4: Assess the Charge
Step 5: Continue Scanning and repeat Steps 1-4 when needed
Printing a Charge Listing Report
To know which students need a charge receipt sent home, use the following steps to get an Excel Spreadsheet list:
2. In the upper right-hand corner where it says Please Select Student Report, click on Charge Listing

6. Use this list to send out ParentSquare or SchoolMessenger Notifications.

- Did Not Return iPad
- Did Not Return Multiple iPads
- First Unrepairable iPad Breakage
- Repairable Damaged iPad
- Multiple Unrepairable iPad Breakage
5. Filter the date to the collection date
6. Use this list to send out ParentSquare or SchoolMessenger Notifications.
Printing Out Charge Receipts
1. Go to the Students tab
2. In the upper right-hand corner where it says Please Select Student Report, click on Full Charges Receipt
3. Sort By: Charge Date
4. Click Go
5. Distribute Charge Receipts to Students
