A Note From Mrs. Mathe
This week was Educational Diagnostician's Week! We appreciate our campus diagnostician, Meghan Schuetz, and all she does for all our Powell Panthers! If you have had the chance to work with her, I am sure you know what an amazing person she is. Thank you Meghan for all you do!
As a reminder, there will be no school Friday, March 12th. It is a staff development day. So 4 more school days until Spring Break!

Mask Mandate Updates from CISD
In light of Governor Abbott’s issuance of Executive Order GA-34 which goes into effect on March 10, 2021, Conroe ISD is seeking additional guidance from the Texas Education Agency regarding safety measures and health standards in place. All safety protocols will remain in effect in Conroe ISD schools and facilities until further clarification is obtained.
Conroe ISD is reviewing the newly released guidance from the Texas Education Agency which supports our current safety practices. District administration will be meeting with local health authorities and advisory groups this week to discuss the District’s health and safety protocols for the remainder of the year. All current safety protocols will remain in effect until further notice. Conroe ISD is committed to providing the safest learning environment for its students and staff and keeping schools open.
