Baby it's cold outside . . .
I hope you and your children enjoyed a couple days off. I know many were iced in (as was I) and I hope you got a chance for a good book and a family board game.
Not much for this week, but I wanted to get some information home to you.
As many folks already know, those that use Remind and have Verizon will be charged soon. HOWEVER, if you download the Remind app you can still receive message from Remind without being charged. Right now, download the Remind app and you should be good to go. I know that many teachers use this for both students and parents.
Winter sports information
Vollyeball and wrestling begin soon. Below is the information and appropriate forms for those that are interested. The sports forms are available on our website as well.
Since we only had two days of Prudence, we are going to finish that up next week and include some other people matter components of supporting others when they struggle. Prudence is so foreign to many of us that we probably need the extra time learning about it.
A Day In the Life
Do not forget to register for A Day In The Life. This will give you a brief glance into your child's core subject areas. This will be informal, but yet fun for you. More information is below.
Blessings in a Backpack Trivia
The Blessings in a Backpack program is wonderful for many folks and this trivia night is one of its biggest fund raisers. It is such a fun evening. See below for more information.
Report card date change
The two snow days have wreaked havoc on our calendar (not complaining though). With that said, report cards will not be available for parent viewing until Tuesday, January 29, 2019. Below are directions on how to access your child's report card. Remember this is not active until Tuesday, January 29, 2019. I think you are really going to like the new format of the report card :).
