Director Licensing Orientation

Weavers of Grace and Truth!

Our special day is Approaching!

This is the letter for which you’ve been checking your email! Some of you have been waiting rather patiently while I worked out the last minute details for our one day event. Thank you!

Welcome! You are about to embark on a journey that will sharpen your leadership, strengthen your community, and hopefully change the lives of all who are around you. Thank you for answering the call.

I am SO excited for all of us to gather together to discuss our role in CC and to catch the vision for our area! I am so pleased you will all be joining my team for the 2016/2017 school year, and want to make this opportunity count!

For the Meeting!

Bring a notebook and your laptop/device, if you have one. I have also attached the 2016 Director Licensing Guide to this email. You are welcome to reference it virtually but I encourage you to print out a copy as well. Our meeting will run from 8:30am until 5:30pm. You will come away with your brain and body full!

Yes, we will have lots of Director training, but we will also have time to get to know each other.

In fact, part of your mission prior to arriving is to truly investigate the Director position along with the vision for yourself. We will have leaders with different levels of experience. Go into this knowing that you may be overwhelmed. It is okay. It takes time to grow into the position and the classical approach includes a learning curve. We are right there with you. Each level of information makes a difference in putting our hand to the plow and not turning back! We will work together to empower, encourage, and equip.

Our theme this year Weavers of Grace and Truth!

Please start thinking about your Biblical World View. We will spend the first portion of our morning focusing on God’s Word.
