Happy Friday Rattlers
Good afternoon Rattler families!
RES will be hosting an Open House event this coming Thursday from 5:30-6:30. This is a come and go event to showcase all of your students hard work. I hope to see you there!
Please be sure to check out the calendar of events below for upcoming campus events.
Primary Election Polling Site - March 6th
Ridgeview has been selected to be a polling site for the upcoming government election, which takes place Tuesday, March 6th. Because this is a primary election, we are anticipating an increase in traffic throughout the day. Registration and polling will take place in the cafeteria. We will have an RES staff member located by the interior doors of the cafeteria to ensure that we do not have voters enter other sections of our school. All students will be eating sack lunches in their classrooms. The cafeteria will be serving sack lunches for students who would like to purchase a lunch from the cafeteria. These lunches will be delivered to the classrooms.
To reduce the traffic flow and ensure as much parking is available as possible, we will be a “closed” campus on this day. Please do not plan on volunteering in classrooms or visiting for lunch. We have also requested increased police presence during arrival and dismissal times. Keller ISD Security will be making frequent stops at our school throughout the day to support if necessary.
We appreciate your help making Election Day run as smoothly, and normally, as possible for our students.

After School Dismissal Policy
If you need to change your child's dismissal instructions or remind them to attend an after school activity, please call or email Mrs. Cheryl in the front office. Mrs. Cheryl will make sure that your student receives an orange slip telling them where they need to go after school. Do not email your student's teacher during the day requesting changes. Often times our teachers are too busy with their students throughout the day to check their emails. If you would still like to email your child's teacher, please copy Mrs. Cheryl on the email. Changes and early release requests must be made prior to 2:50 PM.
