Henderson County Schools Participating in the National School Lunch and Breakfast Program for the 2018-19 School Year

Henderson County Schools will be participating in the National School Lunch Program and the School Breakfast Program with Full Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) Implementation. As part of this program, all schools district wide (preschool-high school) will offer a healthy breakfast and lunch every school day at no cost to students due to the implementation of the Community Eligibility Provision for school year 2018-2019. Students will be able to participate in this program without having to pay reimbursable meal fee or submitting a free and reduced application. Families will be asked to complete a household application for each school to maintain other areas of funding.
Students will still owe for any charges incurred prior to being placed on the CEP program. Students will not be allowed to charge extra(s), such as ice cream or ala carte items.The CEP program covers the regular reimbursable meal only for breakfast and lunch.
