Message from the Forest View PTA
The FRV PTA Executive Board would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support for, and participation in, the Forest View PTA. Our goal is to conduct one annual fundraising event which will enhance and support the Forest View staff and students throughout the school year. We aim to provide the best educational experience to each and every student at Forest View Elementary. In an effort to increase communication between the PTA and its members, we’d like to show you how the proceeds of the Fox Fun Run and Festival were distributed last year, and list the PTA general meeting approved anticipated expenditures for the 2018-2019 school year.
We would also like to invite you to the next general PTA meeting, held on Tuesday, February 26 at 6:30 p.m. in the Forest View Cafeteria. Guest speaker Becky Hodson with the "Teal Pumpkin Project" will discuss the education and awareness of food allergies.
Wait 'til next year!
The Manners Team, under the sponsorship of school counselor Mrs. Daniels, decorated the dining room before the Chiefs AFC championship Game. Forest View students had filled the school's Manners Bingo Board by earning 400 red fox cards again for showing good manners and the reward was a spirited lunchroom on January 18. The students tried their best to will them on to victory. Wait 'til next year.
