Principal's Corner:
No School Tomorrow (Jan. 14th): We have planned in a few days throughout the school year in order to provide professional development for our teachers. Training covers school safety, personalized learning, curriculum, information delivery, communication and other topics related to education.
Student Showcase
Technology Department Honored
Montana Office of Public Instruction (OPI) chose Darby High School's technology program to do a film documentary on, as an example of student productivity in and out the classroom.
Trip to Yellowstone National Park
The Environmental Science Class & Adventure club went on an educational field trip to Yellowstone Park. Students were able to snow shoe, hike, see some wolves, experience the park in winter, and have some fun.
Virtual Reality Goggles
Thanks to the Lorentzen Grant, a classroom set of virtual reality goggles were able to be purchased for the English Department. Students will be able to see the places where their books are based upon about as if they were really there.
