Stinging Dust Forgotten Lives

I watched a youtube video about the Dust Bowl (Dirty Thirties). It was tragic times due to the failure to apply dryland farming methods to prevent wind erosion and a severe drought for a long period of time. This did not only affect the US praries, but it also affected Canadian praries. Wind was constantly blowing. Many died from mud (dirt and water) being formed in their lungs. People got pneumonia. Children were the ones that were affected the most.
