Life After College: How to be financially successful

Monday, April 20th, 4pm

Mason Hall Auditorium

Getting ready to graduate and looking for jobs? Come learn about how the decisions you make in the next few years could affect you financially. We will have a panel of speakers who will talk about loans, investing, and benefits packages. Come hear from professionals share information that will help you make smart decisions for your financial future.

Student Loan Shakedown

Tuesday, April 21st, 4pm

Mason Hall Auditorium

Do you have student loans? Come to this session to learn about ways to borrow smart and minimize future payments. We will provide information about student loans, how to see the total loan amount you have borrowed, and provide you with tips for smart borrowing and repayment to help keep your total student loan debt as minimal as possible.

Undergraduate students will also have chances at a $500 scholarship to be used at MSU during the fall 2015 semester.

Keep Calm Budget On

Wednesday, April 22nd, 4pm

Mason Hall Auditorium

Not sure how to budget your finances and make them last until your next paycheck? Come to this session and we will provide you with some budgeting tips and resources. We will also talk about how to maximize your student status to help save you money.

MSU F.R.E.E. Program

It is the mission of the Murray State University F.R.E.E. (Financial Responsibility Empowers Everyone) program to help instill financial knowledge in the student body and to help students achieve financial security and responsibility. The program will provide students with resources necessary to achieve an understanding of financial literacy.
