Hanawalt Community Meeting - March 6th
The next Hanawalt Community meeting will be on Monday, March 6th at 5:30. We will meet at Hanawalt to hear from Mrs. Liebl about FAST scores, the ‘23-24 budget and general school updates. You can also learn and ask questions about our upcoming spring events like A Day in the Arts (ADITA), Parent’s Night Out, Party in the Park and more! Please feel free to come and go as needed.
Teacher Treats + Tokens of Thanks!
Hanawalt's Teacher Appreciation committee is asking individuals or small groups to collaborate to surprise our teachers+staff with a treat or token of thanks on a Monday of their convenience. You can pick your treat, token and any Monday through the end of the school year. This will be in addition to the Teacher Appreciation committee monthly meal or other activity.
Volunteers can bring whatever they wish: a cheese or veggie tray, a snack mix, fresh fruit, muffins, dessert, flavored waters or iced tea, kind notes, candy, flowers, whatever! On average, there are 50 adults at Hanawalt each day working with the students. Ideal drop-off is by 10:30am on the Monday you choose.
