How it works:
- Shop for personal care items
- Drop Items off at the gym between: November 6th - December 7th
- Coaches will begin sorting items
- On December 6th and 7th, teams will practice at their normal time - we are asking that the teams below come in early or stay late to assemble bags
- We would appreciate all donations of personal care items, even if you are not on one of the teams packaging them

Travel sized tooth brushes and tooth paste (please no mouth wash)
Deodorant
Sanitizer
Body Wash
Brushes
Hair ties
Socks
Tissues
Band-aids
Shampoo and Conditioner / TWO in one products
Lotion
Razors
Chapstick
Feminine Products
Items we also collect:
- Baby Wipes
- Makeup Wipes
- Winter Gloves
- Loofas
- Travel Soap Carriers
- Hair Spray
- Full Size Products
Keep the following in mind:
1. Purchase items that can be used together like travel shampoo and conditioner.
2. Purchase items that can easily be divided like tooth brushes in separate packaging.
If everyone can bring in just 5 items it makes a huge impact on our community and allows our teams to package more bags. Thank you for your support!!

SATURDAY TUMBLING & CLASSES:
Next Classes: 12/9/23
This class is geared towards flyers and they will learn how to properly pull multiple body positions and improve their balance, strength, and control. This class will focus on overstretching, partner stretching, body control drills, strength drills, and pulling body positions on stunt stands.
This class is geared towards flyers, jumpers, and athletes who want to improve their flexibility & strength. This class will focus on partner stretches, partner jump drills, jump conditioning, and plyometric jump training
OPEN GYM SCHEDULE:
Sunday’s with Coach Bre and Guest Coaches - $15 Cash at the door
December 10th, 6-7PM with Coach Cait and Coach Corinne
December 17th, 6-7PM with Coach Lauren

ABSENCE REQUESTS:
Absences are NOT allowed the week or weekend prior to a competition. An unexcused absence may result in an athlete being moved to an alternate position in the routine, pulled from an upcoming performance, or removal from the team at the discretion of the staff. It is the responsibility of the athlete to learn any changes prior to their next practices.
The following are MANDATORY events or functions & will be UNEXCUSED even WITH an Absence Request:
- Boot Camps by Team
- Choreography
- Choreography Refresh
The gym will be closed:
- 7/1 - 7/16 (4th of July)
- 8/12 - 8/20 (Summer Break)
- 9/1 - 9/4 (Labor Day)
- 11/22 - 11/26 (Thanksgiving)
- 12/22 - 1/1 (Winter Break)
- 3/29 - 3/31 (Spring Break)

We communicate primarily through BAND and email. To ensure you don't miss anything please make sure you and your Athlete have:
