Zoom meeting fun
It was wonderful to see many students smiling faces on our zoom meet up this past Sunday. They seem to be doing very well during the stay at home mandate, even learning new skills like juggling :-)
The students had a wonderful time playing the Kahoot Year End Challenge.
The top winners were: Ava, Alana, & Isabella!
Struggling a bit with focus during Live Streaming Mass?
Magnificat, is offering both their Magnificat for adults & teens and MagnifiKid subscriptions free during April and May. Click here for all the options
Magnificat offers beautiful prayers for both morning and evening drawn from the treasures of the Liturgy of the Hours, the official texts of daily Mass, meditations written by spiritual giants of the Church and more contemporary authors, essays on the lives of the saints of today and yesterday, and articles giving valuable spiritual insight into masterpieces of sacred art.
These resources can help you prepare and follow along during Mass.
MagnifiKid, a version for children ages 6-12 offers:
- All the readings and the prayers of the Sunday Mass with explanations of the difficult words and the meaning of the rituals;
- A suggested prayer for Morning and Evening;
- Many suggestions on how to live the entire week with the Lord;
- Various games, a comic, and activities to help children learn about Christian life and culture;
- A page intended for the parents with suggestions for family prayers.
Please share your thoughts!
