Course Selections for 2022-23 School Year
Online course selection through Skyward closed on March 4, 2022. If a student would like to change a prior course selection, the student will need to complete the Course Selection Change form prior to April 1, 2022. In order to best plan for next school year, no course selection changes will be accepted after April 1, 2022.
School Day SAT - Class of 2023
On Wednesday, March 23, 2022 all 11th graders currently enrolled in Lake Travis High School will take the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) free-of-charge. Students in grades 9, 10, and 12 will follow their normal class schedule on March 23. This opportunity is only available to the junior class.
Students will be provided test room assignments by LTISD student email no later than the end of the school day March 22 informing them where to report on March 23. They should plan to show up to their testing room at 8:50 AM.
Students should plan on being able to present a picture ID to confirm their identity.
Students are asked to bring their own calculators and number 2 pencils. LTHS will provide extra pencils, but not extra calculators.

All 11th grade students enrolled at LTHS are automatically registered for this school-day administration. There is no need to register for this exam through the College Board.
Students who have approved College Board accommodations be allowed those accommodations during this administration. School plan accommodations (IEP and 504) do not automatically apply to College Board exams, please see this page for more information on the College Board testing accommodation process.

LTHS Tennis tryouts for the 2022-23 school year:
Players need to fill out the google form by Friday May 6th to be entered in the tryout tournament Tryouts will be held Monday May 16- Friday May 20 from 4:30 pm - 8:30 pm.
Remember that you must wear your ID badge every day to school. This is for the safety and security of all and the only way you can purchase items in the cafeteria.
Student Celebrations
The LTHS Track Team took 1st place overall at the Cedar Creek Track meet on March 4th and
Jack Mann & Emily Fitzsimmons placed 1st at the Texas A&M Bluebonnet Invitational on March 4th.
Shout out to senior Alline Ayala for being selected as a winner of the Central Texas Affiliate of the NCWIT award for "Aspirations in Computing." She was awarded $15,000 in scholarship money, a new state-of-the-art laptop and an all expense paid trip this summer to Apple in Cupertino to participate in a series of workshops.
The UIL One Act Play Zone contest was Monday March 7th. Our students placed second to advance to District competition. The following students also received an award for their performance.

Congratulations to the Cavalettes and Red Rubies as they competed this past weekend at Liberty Hill in the Crowd Pleasers Austin Finale.
The Cavalettes Won Every Category: Production, Pom and Jazz, in their Division. They brought home Grand Champion Select Extra Large Division and were named 2nd Runner of all teams with 1 Diamond and 2 High Platinum Performances scores.
The Rubies won all 3 categories in their division Contemporary, Jazz and Pom. Overall they were named 1st Runner JV Team out of all JV Teams Present!
The Red Rubies were recognized as Academic Champions with a high GPA and The Cavalettes were named Academic Champions with the highest GPA of all Teams present at the competition.
The Cavalette Dance Officers, Sophia Cho, Abrianna Grossman, Avery Dean, Madison Macliver, Maya Modur, Katy Richter, and Sierra Stewart - Won Every Category: Jazz, Contemporary and Lyrical, in their Division. They brought home Grand Champion Officers in the Select Extra Large Division and..... WON the Overall HIGHEST SCORING OFFICERS of the DAY with 2 Diamond and 1 High Platinum Performances scores.

Attention 2022 Seniors! The Lake Travis Education Foundation Scholarship application is now open! Last year LTEF awarded 19 scholarships to LTHS seniors. There are several new scholarship opportunities this year, and the process is all virtual! For more information, and to apply, please visit the Scholarships page of the LTEF website.
The PTO is proud to announce that we will be offering $500 scholarships to 11 Seniors this year. Our All Cavalier PTO Scholarship is open to any LTHS Senior to help support them in their postsecondary education. To apply, please complete the link below by April 1st:
