The upcoming week is teacher appreciation week. This is a great opportunity for your student to show their teacher how much they appreciate everything they do for students daily. A card, flowers from your garden, or a picture are just some ways to express your gratitude! Let's make our teachers feel loved and appreciated this week!

Boys and Girls Club invites all to join a Cinco de Mayo celebration. The 4th-6th grade soccer team will be playing a game at 4:00, so you can start by cheering them on. The festivities will go from 4:45-6:00 PM. This is a potluck event, so please bring something you would like to share with other families.

State testing, CAASPP, will begin soon for students in grade 3rd-6th. Most testing will occur first thing in the morning.

3rd and 5th grade students will be testing the week of 5/1-5/5.

4th and 6th grade students will be testing the week of 5/8-5/12.

Please be sure that your child arrives to school on time and well rested during their testing block.

Please join us on May 10th at 6:00 PM for our Spring Music Concert by our 5th and 6th grade students. Our chorus and band students will be performing!

The event is TOMORROW! We hope you can join us at our fundraiser tomorrow from 5:00-10:00 PM. You can purchase your tickets now. Talk to your friends and have a large group join the fun to help support McKinley.

Our Book Fair will be running from May 22- May 26th. Please join us in the multi to purchase books for your student!
