It seems like just yesterday I started my journey as the principal at Southmont High School. It has been a tremendous joy getting to know the students and staff and experiencing all the fantastic things that make Southmont High School an outstanding place to learn. I have had the pleasure of meeting many of you and look forward to the opportunity to meet those that I have not encountered yet.

We have made a lot of progress in the first half of the 2022-2023 school year. I am proud of our student's hard work and dedication both inside and outside of the classroom. Winter Break will begin on Monday, December 19th and continue through Monday, January 2nd. School will resume on Tuesday, January 3rd, 2023. I am grateful for this time of year because it offers our Mounties an opportunity to take a break, relax, and recharge.

I am looking forward to all the great things that our students will continue to do in 2023. Enjoy the holiday season!

The store will be open 24/7 for the remainder of the 2022-2023 school year and offers everything from hats to sweatshirts to cups. You can also customize many of the items in the store.
