  • 4 (0.13 ounce) packages unsweetened strawberry-flavored drink mix powder
  • 2 (46 fluid ounce) cans pineapple juice

  • 3 cups white sugar
  • 4 quarts water
  • 2 liters ginger ale

Mozzarella Sticks

  • 1 1/2 cups of Italian style dried breadcrumbs
  • 1 1/3 cups freshly grated Parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 (16-ounce) blocks pasteurized mozzarella cut into 4 by half inch sticks
  • 4 large eggs, beaten to blend
  • 1 1/2 half cups vegetable oil
  • 4 cups marinara sauce

Fried Potato Skins

  • 8 russet potatoes scrubbed and thoroughly dried
  • 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter, melted
  • kosher salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 5-6 slices cooked, crumbled bacon
  • 1/3 cup of sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped, fresh chives
  • cheese (as much as your heart desires)

Fried Pickles

  • peanut or vegetable oil for frying
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 3/4 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • kosher salt
  • 2 cups sliced dill pickles

Oreo Cheesecake

  • 24 oreo cookies divided
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 packages of softened cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 eggs

Pumpkin Lasagna

For Crust:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 1/2 cup toasted walnuts
For Cheesecake Layer:

  • 8 ounce cream-cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
For Pumpkin Layer:

  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 3 small packages vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 15 ounce pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
For Topping:

  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/4 cup toasted walnuts
