Weekly Updates/ Reminders:
- Make sure you are monitoring your students who have attendance punch cards and removing students die cuts when they are late or absent! --See Ms. Grossman's email for more details.
- 4th Quarter/ MAP planning meetings will begin this week. Each grade level will be pulled for 1/2 day planning session-- please bring your laptops and all important data.
- Last Day of school will be May 29-- this will be a half day for students.
- Summer School is May 30 - June 22

- Continue working on incorporating DOK 3 and DOK4 questions into your lessons during guided practice and utilizing exit tickets that incorporate writing, explanation and evidence from the text

Counselor Notes:
- If you are in need of PST documents please reach out to Mr. Cherry ASAP.
- All possible retention paperwork should have been sent home by now and a copy of it should be given to both Mr. Cherry and Ms. Enders
- 6th grade permission slips are due Tuesday, ALL students must have a completed permission slip in order to attend the field trips, verbal permission is not permitted.
- Mr. Cherry will be on week 1 of counseling-- Silva, Gandy, Ramsey on Monday morning
Shout Outs
- All staff that has completed 3rd quarter grades and emailed Ms. Russell to let her know.
- Ms. Russell for constantly going out of her way in order to assist ALL students, staff and parents!
- Ms. Gandy and Ms. Silva for their endless efforts in getting Donors Choose projects funded in order to better their classrooms and meet their students needs.
- Ms. Kirkwood for ensuring that all classes still get the opportunity to check out books.
