MacBook Check-in

Students will be receiving new Macbooks next school year! But first, we need to collect all of the current devices. All students should be prepared to return their MacBook and a charger in working condition. Damages to the MacBook will be assessed at the time of check-in. Failure to return a working charger will result in a $20 fee.

At LTMS, students will turn in their devices on the following dates:

Monday, May 22nd: 6th Grade

Tuesday, May 23rd: 7th Grade

Wednesday, May 24th: 8th Grade

Thursday, May 18th, 12-3pm

De Soto, KS

Students will get to participate in a fun afternoon of activities they have earned throughout the year by demonstrating our three Dimensions of Student Achievement.

Students, if you're struggling in an area it's not too late to get help and earn all three parts of the afternoon.

Message From The Nurse

Attention parents of 6th grade students! The Tdap vaccine (tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis) and the Meningococcal (MCV) vaccines are required for 7th grade students.

Please use the following link for USD 232 Vaccination Policy and Requirements:

If your student has received or when he/she receives these immunizations please send documentation to the LTMS school nurse. Documentation includes-records from health care provider, copy of immunization card, or a copy of the bill with name of immunization and date received noted on the bill. Note that both of these vaccinations can be given at the same time.

Documentation of vaccinations must be turned into the school by the 2nd Monday of October, October 9, 2023. If vaccination is not completed, students may not attend school after that date until the required immunization is completed.

Documentation can be mailed to LTMS, faxed to LTMS, e-mailed to school nurse, or brought to the school during school hours by parents or student.

If you think you have turned in vaccinations please call the school nurse. Please contact LTMS school nurse with questions: Go to the USD 232 district web site to view the district immunization policy. The vaccinations on file can be viewed in Skyward Family Access under Health Info then select Show Vaccinations in the Display Options.
