Hermann Elementary Bearcat Bulletin
Learn. Lead. Grow. Succeed. Together!
April 22, 2020
I'd also like to give a big SHOUT OUT to all of our teachers and staff for the time, hard work, and dedication they have shown to help our students learn, even while they aren't in the building. I have read a quote that says, "The building may be closed, but the learning will continue." I think that describes HES, and all our district schools, perfectly. We want our kids to have meaningful learning opportunities while not overwhelming our families, and our teachers have worked to provide those for you!
It's a great time to be a Bearcat!
AMI Packet Pick Up, Monday, April 27
We are asking families to pick up their last AMI packets on Monday, April 27 at HES. The Department of Education clearly told schools that we must provide instruction/learning activities until our scheduled end-of-school date. Teachers have worked again to provide activities that are instructional and engaging while you are working on them at home.
We are asking families to pick-up this packet at HES from 8:00-4:30 on Monday, April 27. We will be set up in front of the building. You are encouraged to bring any previous work back at this time. We will have reading books out for students to choose from as well! School staff will help find your packets so you are ready to finish our year strong!
If this time doesn't work for you, please contact the office so other arrangements can be made.
Returning Completed Packets
Thank you!
