Moving in Math and Science
Students have been working diligently to place fractions less than one and greater than one on a number line! They are even becoming savvy at placing 2 fractions with different denominators on the same number line!!
We wrapped the week with a fossil dig and final chapter assessment for science.

Reading for the Stars
After reading about various cultures, teams of students transformed learned information into fabulous "What If" questions! They will continue this project next week while incorporating the IPAD minis and a Do Ink app to help create video presentations!
Students also enjoyed the AR BBQ on Wednesday! Way to go reaching 200% of your goals!!

Writing as Experts
Our persuasive unit is under way! Students continued to write fast and furious this week over several different persuasive topics. Next week they will choose the one seed they want to take and develop into a persuasive speech!
