Origin of Raspberries

The raspberry comes from a shrub that is called Rosaceae which is related to the rose. It is native to Europe but it is grown all over the world now. The biggest producers of the raspberry are Poland, United States, Germany and Chile. It is named one of the worlds favorite berries. It can grow in most soils but to receive the best quality of them they should be grown in a cool climate with little rain.

Why should you eat raspberries?

Raspberries have many health benefits. They decrease the risk of obesity, diabetes, and heart disease. Many people believe that it has anti aging properties. They provide a great source of vitamin C and can have some vitamin E.
