Need to Know SVE & LSR7:
New News:
*Message from Kristin Shrout: Bringing yoga back to SVE? The cost will vary, depending on how many people sign up. Please fill out this one question form so we can see if it is possible to bring yoga back to SVE this spring! Thanks!
*Message from Wendy: YEAR END SPENDING: If you have supplies that need to be purchased for 4th quarter and end-of-year activities, please get those requests in to me by the end of the day on April 5th. We want to be sure everyone has what they need before we look at using the last of this year's budget for purchasing technology set-ups or supplies for next year. If you turn in requests after April 5th and we have spent our money on other things, we may not be able to fulfill your request. Thank you for your help and happy Monday!
*BIST Consultant: Linda is here on Monday! Who wants to see here? Please, email Kayla. Check out this link for Linda-isms!
*NEE Principal Survey Information: See email from Kayla - Complete by April 30th!

- End of Quarter is March 15th (instead of the 8th)

Ladder Climbing to Ladder Building
This passage stuck with me! As a building leader, how can we help build your own ladder? How can we teach these same stages to our STUDENTS?
For both teachers and students:
- It's important to have goals and work to reach them! Climb that ladder!
- It's even more important to help others, by holding theirs. How can we support others and provide a solid foundation?
- AND wow...we have amazing specialists (i.e. Reading Coach, LMS) and teachers gifted in specific areas to extend our learning! In your classroom, what area are your students a "specialist" in? How can one student support another, through their own strength? My 1st grade teacher did this when I was in school. I was sat next to a student to help him stay organized and encourage him to clean his desk each day. She used my "special" area of organization, to help my friend Jason (still remember his name!)
- Lastly, how can we empower each other and our students to be "the driver of their own educational bus"??? (*See how I brought in Jon Gordon there! haha.) or build their own ladder?
- Be a ladder builder...and enjoy the view of success "TOGETHER"!
