General Announcements.....
- The committee that determined how to spend rewards money, from last year, allocated $9000 for intervention. Please let me know if you are interested in having after-school intervention. The amount is $25/hour. I am willing to get a bus to transport students & get snacks if we can agree on days (2) to keep kids from 3:30-4:30. For those of you that are interested, please complete this worksheet.
- You may have noticed the red t-shirt hanging by the mailboxes. This sheet explains.....
- There are also some great posters/handouts that my interest many of you about heart health in this folder.
- Mark your calendars for an HMS Holiday Hoedown (there won't be lively folk dancing, I just like alliterating). Please plan on gathering after school on Dec. 6th @ my house for food & friendship. More details to come!

What is EdCamp?
EdCamp is an UNconference event organized by groups of educators, specifically designed to create a participant-driven, fun-filled morning of professional development. Educators can connect with like-minded individuals, collaborate ideas, brainstorm solutions to common education problems, have group discussions, and receive information that can immediately be applied in the classroom.

• Personalized Learning - Educators choose topics based upon their own learning needs.
