My name is Mahnoor Siddiqui, and I am a sixteen year old girl. For as long as I remember, I have always wanted to travel all over the world and discover every nook and cranny there is to discover on the Earth. As I grew older, I started to compile a bucket list of all the things I wanted to do before I die. Here it is.
2. TRAVEL TO ALL THE PLACES ON MY "PLACES TO GO" LIST
On my laptop, I have a list of over 200 places that I want to travel to, and I want to cross them all off in my lifetime. I have always wanted to backpack all over Europe because of its beauty, and then visit places I was not able to visit later in my life. Along with Europe, I really would love to travel all over Asia for its rich culture, Africa for its natural wildlife, South America for its beaches, and North America because it is my home. Antarctica, not so much as I am already fed up of Canada's cold climate.
MY LIST INCLUDES:
3. TRACE MY FAMILY HISTORY
Since a lot of my family was born in a third-world country, many of the birth certificates and even some birthdays were forgotten and lost. I would really love to trace my family history to learn more about where I come from. Even if it comes to going back to Pakistan, and then India to learn about my family, I would love to travel there to discover my origins and meet new relatives.
4. CHANGE SOMEONE'S LIFE
I have always loved the idea of paying it forward, and helping people in need when I have more than them is something that is really important to me. Even if I am not there to see the impacts, even if the people I help are halfway across the world, I would love to help anyone and everyone that I can.
5. QUENCH MY THIRST FOR ADRENALINE
I am a very adventurous person and I want to try everything that the world can offer me.

6. LEARN AS MANY LANGUAGES AS POSSIBLE
Something I have a passion for is languages. I think that it is so interesting how so many cultures and languages were created and have developed over time. One of my missions in life is to learn as many languages as possible. Obviously, the best way to learn a language is to live in a place where it is spoken, so hopefully I will be able to squeeze in some of the places I want to travel to in while I am doing this, and cross two things off of my bucket list at the same time!
7. READ 1000 BOOKS
I have always loved to read, and I want to start counting the books I have read or am reading, because before I die, I want to read at least 1000 books. I would also like to make a library in my house, full of my favourite books, magazines, journals, and other resources I love so that my kids can also share my love of reading.
