Relation to psych.
To be a guidance counselor you need to be able to talk to a student, determine his/her weaknesses and strengths, and help put them on a path that they will succeed on. Also having basic understanding how a teenage mind processes things and approaches things is something you need to know in order to help them do what they need to.
