What do I need when applying?
What is EOP?
The Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) is designed to improve access and retention of historically low-income and educationally disadvantaged students. EOP students have the potential and demonstrated motivation to perform satisfactorily at a CSU, but they have not been able to realize their fullest potential because of their economic or educational background. The program provides admission and academic assistance to EOP-eligible undergraduate students. In many cases, the program offers financial assistance to eligible students. Campuses tailor their programs to accommodate the needs of their student population.
Demonstrate on the EOP application academic potential and motivation
Demonstrate on the EOP application and CSU admission documents a need for EOP services
Be a California state resident or an AB540 student
Meet EOP income criteria
Be historically low-income
EOP Application is within the CSU application

If a student needs to reset their password these are the following steps they need to complete to reset their password:
Students should send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include:
•Name • ELAC student ID (If you have forgotten your ELAC ID, email your school counselor). • A description of your problem • Private email • Phone number ( include best days/times to reach you)
