Message from Dr. Frischkorn
Hello Mayfield!
This week I decided to change up the time of delivery for our Mayfield Messenger to see if we can get more people reading and viewing our newsletter. We use this newsletter to help keep everyone up-to-date with the most important information possible. Please remember, if you do have any questions, you can always reach me via email at dfrischkorn@mcpsva.org or by calling the school. We are always here ready to support our students and their families.
I hope that everyone enjoyed the 2 snow days on Monday and Tuesday and is ready to get the week started on the right foot. We are quickly approaching the interim point for the third quarter. Interims are scheduled for Friday, February 2. Students must keep checking their grades throughout the quarter. If you are noticing that your child is struggling, please remember that all our teachers offer small group help at the end of the day as well as open office hours for students to visit and ask for additional help. These times are available anytime between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM throughout the week.
Always Learning!
