Dear Parents/Carers and Members of our school community
Welcome to the second edition of to interactive online Newsletter.
On behalf of all the staff at St Mary’s, we would like to wish you a wonderful New Year 2023, full of peace, joy and good health.
Last week on Friday, we celebrated the Feast of the Epiphany by joining the parishioners of Our Lady of the Holy Souls for Mass. You can read a bit more about it further on in the Newsletter.
Today we had our first Star of the Week Assembly of the Spring Term. We celebrated all the amazing achievements of our pupils. We are very proud of each and every one of them.
I hope you will enjoy reading all the great news about our pupils and our school community!

Mission StatementAt St Mary's we are learning to live our Mission Statement 'Learning Together in Faith and Love' by saying it together at various points of the day. | Epiphany ReadersOn Friday 6th January, we celebrated the Feast of the Epiphany with the whole school Mass. Children did the Readings and shared the bidding prayers with the congregation. | Alter Servers Alter servers at the Feast of Epiphany Mass. Some parishioners commented on the lovely singing and very respectful behavior of all our children. |

On Friday 6th January, we celebrated the Feast of the Epiphany with the whole school Mass. Children did the Readings and shared the bidding prayers with the congregation.
Nursery attending Assembly for the first time Nursery attended the star of the week assembly for the first time and were very excited in doing so. | Nursery learning about different Occupations Nursery had fun learning about different occupations and taking part in role play. | Nursery and Reception Class Banana Bus visit Nursery and Reception had visit from the Banana Bus this week. Both classes and staff too had so much fun on the bus. |
