This week we highlight students in our Band, Orchestra, and Chorus programs. McConnell's Band received straight superior ratings on stage and in sight reading. McConnell's Honors Orchestra performed at GMEA and also received straight superior ratings. McConnell's Chorus performed well at LGPE and received outstanding ratings All three groups were comprised of 7th and 8th grade students. We are super proud of our Tigers and their performances, and equally proud of our parents and community. This week we highlight McConnell's Interrelated Resource teachers. These staff members are responsible for providing specialized instructional support to students with disabilities in a variety of settings. They work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that address the unique needs of each student.
