In what ways will you make our New Hire Orientation a memorable experience?
- Tuesday's dress for New Hire will be gray/maroon/mustard HR tshirt. We will not be wearing jeans for any New Hire event.
- Please be here by 7:15 for New Hire. We are hosting 83 new NISD employees!

- Interesting tidbits....the NISD website remains our #1 recruitment tool and the average number of days to fill a vacancy is 12.
- Sara Holloway will begin joining us this week as we work to transition her current position in construction. We will continue to share her with construction until that transition is complete. Let's give her a big HR welcome!
New Hire Orientation Theme - #experienceNISD
While New Hire Orientation will remain the same in practice, we are adjusting our presentation and activities to better reflect the needs of our new employees. We are working to provide moments, or memories, for them while introducing the important concepts of NISD. We will still cover the same topics as in years past, but the mode in which we share that information with them will be more interactive.

Out for 3 days - apply 1/2 additional sick, personal or vacation plus make up .5 hours
