Breakfast
Breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day. Breakfast can dictate how a day goes. For example:If you wake up and don't eat anything than you can potentially have a bad day. You wont end up having the energy for the day.
Lunch
Lunch is the midday meal that can fill your stomach up to keep you up during the day. So I highly suggest you eat lunch.The cause of missing lunch is loss of energy, stomachs. Lunch is necessary because you need to regain your energy and stay up throughout day.
Dinner
Dinner is the meal you must have to ease your stomach before you sleep. Usually if you don't eat anything than you will wake up in the middle of the night. Dinner will keep you full for the duration of the night. So make sure you fill your stomach up to have a good-nights rest.
