Mrs. Mathe's Message
We had an amazing day today celebrating our Panthers that have worked hard to achieve their goals in math and reading. We also celebrated those that demonstrate trustworthiness. We are so proud of all of the growth each of our Panthers have shown this year and look forward to even more growth over the next 3 months!
We hope you can join us next Friday, March 3rd, for our Donuts with Grownups event. The PTO will be serving donuts from 7:15 am- 7:55 am. At 8:00 we will need all of our students making their way to class, and our grown ups making their way home, so we can start our day at Powell on time.
If you plan to attend please note:
Plan for extra time to park and walk in. The church said we may use their lots, but please refrain from parking in their reserved spots.
Before entering the building, you will need to sign in and get a visitor sticker at the front doors or at the bus ramp doors.
Doors will be open at 7:15 to welcome students with their grown up.
We will have seating in the cafeteria as well as outdoor seating on structured play by 4th grade.
We ask you to please limit the number of grown-ups attending to 2 per student so we can accommodate all our families.
If your child is unable to bring a grown-up to this event, we will still give them a donut on their way to class in the morning to eat with their peers in the classroom.
We look forward to bringing this community event back for the first time since COVID. Hope to see you then!
